Terms of Service
What you agree to by adding Omniaze to your server or by using this site.
Last updated: 29 July 2026
1. Purpose
Omniaze (the “Service”) is a Discord bot accompanied by a website for configuring it. These terms govern the use of the bot as well as of the site. By adding the bot to a Discord server or by signing in to the dashboard, you accept them.
The Service is published by EchoBit, reachable at omniazesupport@gmail.com.
2. Conditions of access
- You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and its Community Guidelines. Any breach of those is also a breach of these terms.
- You must meet the minimum age required by Discord in your country of residence.
- To add the bot to a server, you must hold the “Manage Server” permission there. To access a server's dashboard, the same permission is required and is verified with Discord on every request.
3. Acceptable use
You undertake not to use the Service to:
- harass, threaten, impersonate others or distribute unlawful content;
- circumvent a sanction, a restriction or a security mechanism, whether Discord's or the Service's;
- automate requests in a way that degrades the Service or disrupts its operation for other servers;
- attempt to access data or servers you do not administer;
- resell, sub-license or present the Service as your own.
You remain responsible for how your team uses the moderation features: sanctions issued through the bot are your decisions, taken with your Discord permissions.
4. Content you provide
You remain the owner of the text you enter in the configuration (welcome messages, ticket labels, sanction reasons, internal notes). You grant us only the right to store and display it in order to operate the Service on your server.
You warrant that this content infringes no third-party right and no applicable law.
5. Availability and changes
The Service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, technical incidents, or because of Discord itself. Some features depend on third-party services: the music module relies on a dedicated audio infrastructure, whose unavailability makes the music commands inoperative without affecting the rest.
We may add, change or withdraw features. In case of a significant change, we update the date at the top of this page.
6. Backups
The Backups module records a server's structure (roles, channels, permissions) and hands you a private code. This is not a guaranteed backup service: we guarantee neither the retention, nor the integrity, nor the complete restoration of a snapshot. Keep your own backups of what matters to you.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from its use or its unavailability: loss of data, loss of members, interruption of a community's activity, or the consequences of a sanction issued through the bot.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server. We may suspend or withdraw access for a server or an account that breaches these terms or Discord's, without notice where the severity warrants it.
The consequences of removing the bot for your data are described in the privacy policy.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be amended. The applicable version is the one published on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls to the French courts.
If you use the Service as a consumer residing outside France, this clause does not deprive you of the mandatory protections granted to you by the law of your country of residence, nor of the possibility of bringing proceedings there.
